454,000+ miles on my 1997 SL1 now...08 Jan 2006 21:50 GMT1
Well, this is the first time in many years I've been to this (or any other)
newsgroup, just too busy.
Anyway, for the record, I now have over 454,000 miles on my 1997 Saturn SL1.
No a squeek or a rattle yet, and I pound this thing over logging roads and
Relay08 Jan 2006 03:21 GMT12
We are considering a new Relay van. Does anyone have experience with them.
Also, I may be able to get one for wholesale through a GM employee/friend.
Does anyone know how to estimate wholesale price ? e.g. is MSRP say 30% over
wholesale ?
Brakes Seem Spongy on '01 SL207 Jan 2006 07:23 GMT5
We recently had a front brake job done on our 2001 SL2. Within a few days
there was anoticeable vibration in the pedal. The mechanic who did the
work said he believed that since we were feeling the vibration in the
pedal instead of the steering wheel that the problem was with the ...

04 Vue front end noise05 Jan 2006 00:29 GMT4
I recently bought a 2004 V6 FWD Vue. In my opinion, it was a hard deal to
pass up. 24k, power/heated seats, moonroof, 6 speaker CD, like new
condition. $14,875. I added a bumper to bumper 100k warranty for a total of
$15,995.

2000 SW2
Anyone have a diagram of where the wiper motor bracket bolts might be found
under the dash?  My wipers do not seem to like to "park" much anymore.  If
the windshield is dry and the car is not moving, it will stop after slightly
97 SCII, Camshaft position sensor03 Jan 2006 04:57 GMT2
The service engine soon light is on and the OBDII decoder reads 0341 which
the decoder booklet says is "camshaft position sensor circuit
range/performance". Has anyone experienced this problem?  Where is the
sensor located?  (I don't have a service manual yet -- haven't needed one
rhythmic hesitation in '93 SL103 Jan 2006 03:47 GMT29
I have a '93 SL1 with 145k miles.  It seems to have a worsening problem
with hesitation when going between 25-40 mph (2nd/3rd gear? it's
automatic transmission), and feels like it could stall.  Yesterday was
noticeably bad, so I revved it up while idling and it has a regular
oil pressure sending switch02 Jan 2006 03:40 GMT4
Ok, this is getting nuts. I have run through 4 oil pressure sending switches
in the past 2 years, I put the last one in on November 4, it is spewing oil
now.    I have been buying them at NAPA.  Well, I bought 1 and keep getting
replacements under the warranty.  (and I can replace ...

I have a 2001 Saturn that starts when the engine is cold but the idle is
about 1500. While driving the rpm remains very high. After the engine is
warmed up, it is very hard to restart, but if you push accelerator to the
floor it does try to start. The temp gage stopped working today ...
