Jammed Sunroof27 Sep 2006 13:41 GMT4
I was driving home today and decided to open my sunroof. After a cracking
sound that it usually makes (I can make a digital video for anyone if they'd
like) the drivers side became stuck, wont open or close.
I know SC2's are problematic with having headliners and sunroofs leak.
Looking for Saturn Sunroof Parts - Western Canada27 Sep 2006 13:35 GMT2
The sunroof on our 2001 Saturn SL2 has failed.  We were advised by the
service department at our Saturn dealership that the entire sunroof
needs to be replaced at a cost of $2100.00.   We also had an issue last
year with the drain by the sunroof being dislodged and causing leaking

93 SL1 front-end squealing22 Sep 2006 04:11 GMT1
My '93 SL1 (automatic) with 150k miles recently started making a
high-pitched and loud squealing that seems to come from the front of
the car at the drivers side, but it's hard to be sure.  So far it only
makes the sound when the car is cold, immediately after starting to

Trunk release motor damaged in 97 SC218 Sep 2006 02:51 GMT3
The the trunk release motor was damaged by a heavy beer keg. It now
makes a high pitch whine when engaged and it doesn't release the trunk.
How easy is it to replace this by myself? Any ideas on where to buy
this aside from Saturn. Is this an expensive item?
Part Numbers for 1994 Saturn Temperature Sensors16 Sep 2006 03:26 GMT6
---I read so many complaints about the 1.9 overheating and out of all
the responses I see people saying either to replace the Engine
Temperature Sensor and/or the Coolant Temperature Sensor or I see
people claiming they replaced theirs and it helped... but not in a
SATURN BUYBACK15 Sep 2006 23:29 GMT13
Just got a letter from saturn saying that they want to buy back my 2001
lw300 at above market trade-in. It went on to say that they want my car to
honor some committment on previously owned vehicles. It makes it seem that I
am doing them a big favor... and the timing is that I ...
Aftermarket Sunroof15 Sep 2006 23:14 GMT2
Alright, after actually having time to do research myself, I've come across
this:

It sounds more promising than a Saturn roof would - actual metal rails!
Flikering lights15 Sep 2006 13:31 GMT11
My car (1997 Saturn SC2)'s lights flicker constantly.
Supposedly, I recently had my alternator changed out, after it abruptly died
on the highway.
My car has almost always had some kind of flickering light problem, but in

Warning light---what is it?15 Sep 2006 02:36 GMT4
Okay I'm new to this group and to Saturns.  My son bought a 2001 L200,
(automatic with about 86,000miles) in Dallas and when he moved to NYC
it became mine.  There is a warning light that has now come on about 3
times and I can't figure out what it is. It is rectangle with what
