congratulations to who ever figures this out!22 Mar 2007 00:11 GMT3
O.k. I just installed a motor i rebuilt into my '92 sl2. The block and
rotating assembly is a 95 sohc and i put on my rebuild dohc head and top end.
The '92 car came with 2 coolant temp sensors. 1 for gauge, 1 for pcm. The new
head i got only has 1 water port, I do not know the year ...
Replacing Rear Heated O2 Sensor21 Mar 2007 14:07 GMT4
I did more research and found that I replaced the wrong sensor (someone told
me the code meant the front one, doh!) so I had the rear heated o2 sensor
ordered and will pick it up today. I've read that its a pain to get off, but
that's fine. I'm not exactly sure where it is since ...
installing fog lights on '02 SC220 Mar 2007 00:13 GMT6
I want to install additional fog lights (55W halogens) to the under-fascia
of my '02 SC2. The oem fogs even with silverstars just arent bright enough.
I want to know if I can wire the new fog lights to use the same switch that
the oem fog lights use (on the dash) so that both the ...
replacing cylinder head19 Mar 2007 19:59 GMT3
I have a 97 SL2 that had the timing chain break, I am currently
considering (and starting to) replacing the cylinder head and other
damaged components.  I was wondering if it is possible to remove the
cylinder head without removing the engine from the vehicle.  I have
Replacing Front Wheel Bearing19 Mar 2007 19:52 GMT7
I am curious as to how much work it would be to replace the front wheel
bearing. As I've read, on Saturn's the bearings are pressed in - probably
should be done by a machine shop - but would only cost <$75 in parts. This
beats the $300 I was quoted at a auto repair place.
Vue suspension rattle/creaking...19 Mar 2007 13:33 GMT5
Have an '06 Vue, 4cyl with ~30K on it.  Recently, the front drivers side
suspension started creaking/moaning when the car is 'racked' ( as when
turning off a parking lot apron at an angle)  Seems to do it mostly on left
turns.  Also, when driving on bumpy roads, (esp. patched ...
ANGER!  Saturn Vue Back Latch Repair17 Mar 2007 23:49 GMT4
I can't seem to find any repair manual for the Saturn VUE Body.  My
back latch stopped working and I can't open my back hatch.  I believe I
could fix it myself if I had some guidance on how to open it.  Any
Suggestions?
Bad Starter? Partially turns over17 Mar 2007 21:07 GMT1
I have a 94' saturn sl1, when you turn the key the engine doesn't
start but the drive belts make a partial turn, they move but if you
keep cranking they don't keep going they stop after only partially
moving. I can hear the fuel pump, I replaced the battery with a brand

P013715 Mar 2007 00:05 GMT4
A day ago I read this code out of my Saturn, and the reader instructed me
that it was the "O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 2) and I
promptly replaced the first sensor (one right out of the engine
block/exhaust manifold.) about 24 hours later, I get the same code. I ...
97' SC2 - Oxygen Sensor14 Mar 2007 15:31 GMT1
I just got my car back after it got its "new" flywheel and tranny put in.
After a hard acceleration from a stop uphill, the car gave me the MIL light
and I finally took it somewhere and got the code read. It said low voltage
oxygen sensor 1 bank 2 or so, and I replaced the ...
low coolant14 Mar 2007 03:24 GMT5
I have a '96 Saturn with 120k on it.  The coolant indicator light come
on and goes off intermittently.  I had an OBD read and it reported a
problem stating something like "low coolant sensor".  Is there a
sensor that monitors coolant level?  If so, where is it--I don't see
damage from too much oil?13 Mar 2007 03:29 GMT4
Arg, I'm not sure about some mechanics. Gotta hold some ppl's hands no
matter what, I'm afraid.
Had my oil changed 3 days ago, I supply my own and filter. Gave the dummy in
the shop a 5qt. Mobil1 bottle and a K&N gold filter. Got the car back,
