| Early SL2 engine temp verses gauge readings | 30 May 2007 22:46 GMT | 2 |
Ok finally after owning my 1992 SL2 for 15 years, I bought a scan tool that also allows 'live data' to be viewed. I often wondered what the actual engine temperature readings were on my gauge. And at what temperature the PCM turns the electric fan on and then back off.

| Hitch for my SC2 | 25 May 2007 19:45 GMT | 7 |
I was wondering since I saw that Lane had one for his car, how much a hitch would cost (and to install perhaps?) as I'd be needing one for bikes and the like.

| Water pump went on LW300 | 24 May 2007 21:54 GMT | 2 |
Can't complain too bitterly, got 98K on the car when the water pump bearing started to go. Time to do the timing belt as well. I could do the water pump myself the the timing belt requires too many special tools. Left it off at buddy's garage and waiting for the bad news.

| 2005 Vue Tires | 24 May 2007 04:03 GMT | 2 |
Replaced my fried dualers (28,000 miles!) with Yokohama Geolandar's and yikes what an improvement! Quiet and stable so far. Any suggestions for suspension mods on this V6 FWD? I was thinking Koni's but the tire store suggested Bilstiens would be better.

| Life of S-series door seals? | 24 May 2007 03:32 GMT | 3 |
Is there an expected life on performance of door seals on 200-2002 S series (especially SC2) ? I just had the passenger door seal replaced on my '02 SC2 and it not only fixed the puddle on the floorboard problem, there is hardly any water on the inside rocker panel after car washes ...

| Brake Fluid | 21 May 2007 00:35 GMT | 9 |
If I dare attempt to purge my brakes myself, any tips? I read somewhere that there is a good fluid that isn't the standard color for sat - and helps let you know when all of the old fluid is flushed out. I plan on trying the Brembo rotors and Greenstuff pads as recommended!

| Saturn power steering | 19 May 2007 03:46 GMT | 2 |
My Saturn L33 makes like a clicking noise when I turn the wheel. I can feel it in the steering wheel. It works fine. Any ideas on what it is and a cure?

| 1995 Saturn manual | 18 May 2007 03:24 GMT | 6 |
I bought my 1995 Saturn from my cousin and there was no manual... there is a light that comes up that looks like a radiator with a thermometer next to it, but the car temperature is fine.... what does it mean?

| SC2 mysterious water leak | 17 May 2007 12:47 GMT | 6 |
My '02 SC2 has presented me with another little challenge. Last month, I assumed that it was using a high-pressure car wash that caused a small puddle of water to appear on the passenger rug just under the front speaker. So I went back to hand washing. I also had my sunroof channels ...

| Reset Tire Pressure Indicator | 17 May 2007 02:02 GMT | 5 |
I have a 2007 Aura XR that I bought a month ago, and the other day, I ran over a nail and got a flat. When I took the flat to get repaired, the mechanic broke the TPMS (tire pressure monitor), which they never replaced with a new one. The problem is that they either forgot to or

| Probably the clutch ... | 14 May 2007 19:20 GMT | 2 |
... but I'd like to confirm it if possible. I have a 1992 Saturn SL2 with 140,000 miles. The symptoms are: - It has recently seemed to be slipping - the RPMs go way higher as it starts, there is virtually no "slipping of the clutch" as part of the

| Suggestions for improving braking on ... | 13 May 2007 16:02 GMT | 2 |
I have a 2001 sc2 that I am looking to improve the braking ability on. Right now I am really unimpressed by what it can do, as its braking fades greatly when it is hot out, and just generally feels mushy, with no real stopping power. It has been this way ever since I bought the
