Okay, I'll start by saying I've dug through the internet looking to
solve this problem and haven't found an answer yet so I came here. I
have a 96 SL2 that won't turn over. I've replaced the battery,
alternator, and JUST finished replacing the starter.

What would the average cost be of installing a new starter be on a '97 sl2?
I assume that generally they are replaced with rebuilt starters.

My 1996 SL2 is having sequential electrical failures. In order: Door
locks, Radio, rear window defroster, some of the idiot lights on the
dash when the key is in the "on" position (there may be others, but my
daughter is the main driver and she may not have mentioned them all to

I have 96 SL2 with a standard transmission. On Monday and Tuesday, the
car would not start. I turned the ignition, heard a low buzz and
nothing happened. Not even clicking sound from the starter, let alone
the engine cranking.

Any guess, or bet, on what might be the cause of a very recent
startup problem that only seems to happen when starting up the
Saturn for the first time of the day only? Weird, it starts like
a rocket any other later time after that initial first-of-day

Car will not start.. it acts like it is getting no gas. When you turn the
ignition it TRIES to start but wont turn over,,, or it will barely turn

My 2002 saturn vue has a light that come on and off  at will.I scanned
it for codes with a friends scanner and it shows no codes or pending
codes. I was told the light may come on at a certain mileage and can

My 97 SL2 was in for dealer service yesterday.  They advised me that the
clutch is near going.  Damn, and after only 191,000 miles!  The symptom
that they referred was that at a standstill, it is sometimes difficult
to shift from neutral into first gear.

bought used. It has 64000 miles on it.  A light came on that says

6 month old '07 Ion 2.4 with 6000 miles hesitates when warm.  I love the
extra 30 hp, but now the car has developed a serious hesitation problem-when
