good-bye lw200, hello Outlook28 Aug 2008 21:55 GMT3
gave up on our 2001 Lw-200 Saturday and came home with a 2008 Outlook.
Nice crossover, and very big.
Confused about a few things that I haven't found in the manual yet.
The dashboard will give average speed and average economy, but not current
Erratic odometer, speedometer OK26 Aug 2008 06:28 GMT2
My 93 SW1 odometer is erratic, it seldom works but the speedometer works
fine.  Sometimes the odometer works but usually it doesn't move.  Any
ideas for a quick cheap fix?  Don't bother mentioning the dealer, their
bills are higher than the worth of the car ;(
Saturn Vue water in trunk area22 Aug 2008 09:47 GMT3
I have a 2005 Vue, and I keep finding water in the trunk area where the
spare tire is. Can't figure out how it is getting in there. Anybody else
have this problem?
Saturn L300 transmission problem18 Aug 2008 13:13 GMT1
My L300 makes a severe clunking noise when driven or even when pushed
in neutral.  Trany fluid all over bottom of car.  Is there any chance
of a GM extended warranty for trany problems?  Could this be a drive
shaft problem, not a trany problem?
2002 SL118 Aug 2008 12:35 GMT2
My 16 year old accidently parked my car on its roof  ...
in a grassy ditch with a few inches of water.
She crawled out with nary a scratch - could have been very serious.
The car sat on its roof for over 2 hours before the hook truck arrived
1999 SL217 Aug 2008 23:22 GMT16
I have a four door 1999 Saturn SL2 Automatic that just recently started
having electrical issues. About two months ago was driving in extreme heat,
shut off to fill with gas, and would not restart. After sitting in shade for
about an hour (jump did no good battery fine) it ...

Aura AM radio issue10 Aug 2008 23:50 GMT4
Wanted to listen to an AM station today and AM sounds like it is way off
frequency. Station cannot really be heard. Sounds like a low level
sideband signal. Can this thing have gotten out of calibration? Is there
a way to adjust or recalibrate it myself?
'92 Saturn SL1 - How Much Coolant Doies it Need?10 Aug 2008 20:15 GMT2
Hi, I have a '92  Saturn SL1 with what appears to be a leaking upper
radiator hose.  I'm going to change the hose.  How much coolant should I buy
and what type should I use?  I bought some Prestome premix non phospphate
coolant to top it off then realized it was leaking too much.

Help.....Tire Sizes08 Aug 2008 01:10 GMT1
I have a 2006 Saturn Ion that has P195 60 R15 size tires. Would it be OK to
replace with P195 70 R15.....or maybe P195 65 R15 size tires. Would it make
much difference in the way the drives on curvy paved roads?
1995 Saturn SL1 reverse/back-up lights & switch05 Aug 2008 01:15 GMT5
Car: 1995 Saturn SL1 SOHC.
Symptom: Both reverse/back-up lights do not turn on when in reverse gear.
My troubleshooting: From reading my Haynes manual.... I located the
Back-up Light Switch on top of the manual transaxle.
1993 Saturn SW2 Brakes03 Aug 2008 03:17 GMT4
I have a '93 SW2 and would like to try replacing the front brake pads an
rotors myself.  Is this something someone with average mechanical skill
can do?  Have replaced pads on other cars, but never rotors

adjusting trunk latch and lid03 Aug 2008 00:12 GMT3
After our "techs" failed to fix the problem with my trunk lid hitting and
cutting into the upper bumper of my '07 ION, I took matters into my own
hands and tried adjusting the lower trunk latch. It was surprisingly easy,
only 2 bolts and viola! no more trunk smashing into my ...
steering wheel locks01 Aug 2008 04:24 GMT5
I have a question that is causing a lot of concern.............I have
a 2002 L-Series Saturn and it has become increasingly difficult to get
the steering wheel to unlock so the car will start. Sometimes it
seems  hard to get the key into the ignition and when the key does go
