My 92 SL1 had a whining alternator not too long ago (2-3 months). I took the serpentine belt off and spun it to doublecheck. Sure enough, it seemed like it had a couple of bad spots on the bearing. So I bought a rebuild kit, fixed it up and it worked quite nicely for

I have a 2000 saturn ls with high miles. when i am at a quarter tank o lower of fuel, the engine will miss while going around sharp corners o bends and up hills. Any one have any ideas? Nord
