2001 SL2 - low temp indicated and very little heat29 Dec 2008 06:20 GMT5
I just got back from a vacation and my trusty 2001 SL2 has a new heating
problem.  After starting it up and letting it idle maybe 5 minutes the temp
guage registers only a bit above "cold" . . . the first mark on the guage.
Usually it would be almost to the "normal"  heat level . ...

Saturn SL2 warning Lights for temp and fluids28 Dec 2008 15:27 GMT2
I have seen the warning lights on my 98 SL2 blink on and off a few times
while driving and then go off. The temp is fine and the fluid levels are
normal? Does anyone know what would cause this? I have 190000 miles on the
car.
97 SL Oil Pump Light25 Dec 2008 01:10 GMT4
Group,
I have a 97 SL, 215K miles.  Now that it is cold, the oil pump light takes a
long time to go out.  I can tell a difference in the valve tapping sounds
when the light goes out.  At idle, it flickers on.  I have been using 10W-30

My SL2 has 135,000 km on the clock.
Over the last few months my SL2 has gotten very loud at driving speed. I
can only describe it as loud tire noise. I had my exhaust system checked
and there were no external leaks, although they did say the baffles might
Replacing 97 SC2 Thermostat14 Dec 2008 15:47 GMT2
I noted my daughters '97 SCII 4 Cyl temp is just barely getting up to th

1999 SW2 won't start...14 Dec 2008 13:17 GMT9
Looking for some help with suggestions of what else might be the problem
with this not starting. Checked the battery first thing and it is good all
the way around. Used Load tester on it and it tested good too. Not a cell
issue.
Who killed the electric car (old theread)13 Dec 2008 19:50 GMT11
I finally found a copy of "who killed the electric car" and watched it.
Sad about how many folks loved their EV-1s and were totally shut out by GM
when they tried to renew their leases.
Even More sad about the claim how oil is a dwindling resource so let's keep

Blinking coolant lights on '96 SW2 wagon03 Dec 2008 19:58 GMT1
Hi all - several times in the past two weeks, I've had 2 indicators -
looks like they are probably "low coolant" and "hot" judging by the
symbols - flash red at me maybe 12 times in a row after starting down the
road.  I can't find my manual, so I went to refill my plastic ...
