Hey all,
I am in the process of cutting up a '63 FIXED roof wagon today...  
Frame as well as body tub are totally shot so, out comes the sawz-all.
The car came fitted wtih a six and 3-speed and I cannot find any

   Had an interesting Studebaker day on Monday.  I had gotten a note from a
chapter member that he had two trucks that he wanted to get rid of.  One was a
'57 Transtar ½ ton and the other an early C cab ¾ ton.  I was told that the
'57 had a 289 with very few miles, but it had not ...

showed a '53 Stude Commander HT and described it as "equally obscure".

Trying to figure out where the engine end of the road draft tube on 1962
Ohv six goes. I thought the side covers but they are both solid.

Having had my fill of messing with my radio, Im looking at getting
another one.  Is the only difference between hawk and lark radios in

OK.  There is still a problem with the AM radio AC3377 Im putting into
my 64 cruiser.  It is doing a weird thing and maybe someone out there
knows the cause, and the cure.  It will play just great, with good
volume sometimes.  Then, the next time I turn it on, the stations are

We're going to need some stock low compression Champ heads (flathead 6)
without cracks for our Bonneville car.  Anyone around Minnesota with heads
to donate to the effort would be forever in our debt. (also in hot pursuit
of an external waste-gate and other turbos and parts)
