Some time ago I got notice that a smog check was needed to renew the
registration on my  "Brand X".  I put the notice in a "safe place."
What I thought was six days before expiration I went looking for the
paperwork – obviously it was no place that I looked.

I was wondering if prices for studes are going stupid on e-bay or
what?I have not bought one on e-bay,but have been out bid on a
couple.I think there are better deals through SDC,local chapters or

'Just got back from the big 2004 Indianapolis Auto Show. 'Good to have
an e-mail waiting from "Disk-Brake Jim" as to how well his surgery
went yesterday. Sounds complicated but successful, for which we're all
happy I am sure.
