Hawk driver door striker plate29 Jan 2004 04:34 GMT9
I'm looking for some advice before I spend money that I don't really need to.
My 64 GT Hawk's driver door does not align all the way when shut...it engages
but usually sticks out about a quarter inch.  I knew when I bought it two years
ago that the hinges were a little worn.  ...
OT- gas prices?29 Jan 2004 02:27 GMT7
Our local gas price went up 12 cents overnight (Sheetz- was $1.559, now
$1.679).  Is this happening everywhere or is it because of our cold weather
supposedly causing a shortage of fuel oil?

OT: A little cool this morning29 Jan 2004 02:01 GMT1
I've been getting e-mails from my family up in ND complaining about
the temperatures outside (-38 with a -60 degree windchill).  I had to
reply that at least it wasn't 46 degrees inside their house this

Rambler - The Only Foreign car made in America - OT29 Jan 2004 01:25 GMT44

made in America.
The time period for this would be the period from 1958 to 1969, when AMC
Ramblers were being built.  During the same period the US started taking
Upper Radiator Hose29 Jan 2004 01:00 GMT3
the upper hose blew on my 63 GT Hawk ( R2). Many of the vendors show the
hose for non-supercharged ( 1550980), but none list the "proper" hose for
supercharged ( 1558887). Does anyone know of a cross-reference for this hose
( already checked Nate's list).

Transporting a engine from York to Arizona28 Jan 2004 13:40 GMT1
Anyone from out west here going to York and has the room to transport
a engine, and exhaust parts out here to Flagstaff? I'm right on I-40,

any expenses that you think is fair.  Thanks  Kelly Marion
