Some kind / wicked soul sent me a copy of the May-June 1972 SDC
Bulletin. I was the editor and I usually avoid looking at what I
edited, as I knew so little about the job back then, but I looked
anyhow.

We often post items here about companies whose service or products are
lousy, and deservedly so. So it's only fair we post when service has
been exceptional. To wit: Never in my 57 years have I received such
prompt and fair treatment on an insurance claim as I did this week
