Did I miss something?  Am I the only '54 LC freak?  Why didn't someone JUMP on

After working very well for a long time the Speedster's gearbox has
suddenly started slipping, not getting out of first gear and "hunting"

Well, it took a couple of weeks, but we got it home. In the day light
I see that it is going to take more than I thought to bring up to
driving status,Oh-well, the price was right. It was parked in a shed
about 1976, and it took about 4 hours to get it running, and moving

Another project I have decided I will never get to. I have for sale:
1) a rebuilt VR-57 supercharger (rebuilt by Ted H.), I wasn't happy
with the output, sent it back to Ted and had a high output impeller

The main reason I think that Ebay GT I just posted is going nuts is the
possibly inflated 42K invested quote. I've never felt that the money
spent should be a big factor in the value of a car, but the bidders seem
to disagree. The cheap Avanti I just bought had over 15K spent on ...

 I'd just gotten into the donor chair at the blood bank this morning when I
noticed it felt like the chair was rockin'!  I thought maybe I was having a
nervous twitch or something. I focused on my feet and I could see they WERE
moving. Hey! Earthquake!

Sorry for the confusion...this week is Fall Carlisle.  Next week is
Fall Hershey.  Anyone going to be here for Carlisle? We're located in
Harrisburg just off I-81 on the east shore of the Susquahana River
(when it's not flooding over its banks like last week).

I was at a car show last sat. A gentlemen stopped and said he had a 61 Lark.
He needed tail lights for it. I told him I would check around. After
checking the internet, It seems they are a rare item. Anyone know where he
can find them?
