I have purchased all new front sheet metal from SASCO for my '64
Daytona, it is all in original primer, what would be the best way to
prep these parts for paint, and ward off rusting out in the seams again

I started to add a charger / floater to the battery the night before
last.
Started hitching it's leads directly to the battery, but the leads were
too short to reach the fender apron mounting spot, so changed power

I love/hate Speed Channel (or Speedvision), as you know.
The "Victory by Design" show on Jaguar as shown on SV and
directly produced in association with SV seemed to be high
quality work, butchered by their usual hacking to get 18
