My '64 Avanti closed on eBay last night. The buyer had a fine-tuned snipe bid (three seconds to go). I was a little alarmed at his user name (frenchlieutenant), but he is a SDC member in California. So, the car goes back to CA.

I wouldn't mind getting a pair of boneyard seats for the 55 two-door sedan. They're bound to be more comfy than the old ones, especially on longer drives. Anything you can suggest for the car? Thanks!

Frontline on PBS is doing a 90 minute show Monday at 10 PM from inside the 8th Calvary in Baghdad. It's supposed to be pretty compelling TV. BTW, there are two versions of the show, one uncensored and one cleaned up for some areas. Our local station signed the waiver

I have a trunk handle for a 50 Commander not the hole assy. just handle looks like new I`ve got $40 in it. And 2 peice back glass for a 49 4 door sedan $20. And 2 grill peices for I believe a 58 sedan for what ever there worth. Let me know and I will bring them to York.
