Am fitting AC to my R2 Avanti and need an idler pulley to compress the V belt in other words a pulley that rides on the flat of the belt. Other than the serpentine flat wide pulleys has anyone ever come across any with a flat groove rather than a V.

If anyone has a radiator out of his C/K, I need the dimensions. Think I have come up with something all you non-purist C/K owners will like. Priced right too. Dexter

| Hawk front fender | 14 Apr 2005 03:50 GMT | 4 |
Will a 1957 hawk front fender fit a 1962 GT Hawk? This would be without using the inner fender panel. If they will not interchange, what is the difference for identification? Thanks,

I replaced the water pump on the 61 Champ (6E7) V8, and now have a core that could be possible rebuilt. Hate to just chuck it... Would rather send it to someone who will rebuild it and get it back into good shape and into use on someone's Stude. Who rebuilds them? Address too, ...

| Museum Hawk on ebay | 13 Apr 2005 21:45 GMT | 2 |
The museum Hawk Lee and I sold a year or so back is on ebay. We got 14K for the car thanks to Lee for posing it in front of the funeral home.<g> Now it's back on with another few thousand spent, but with a description that does not match the high level of the car. I e-mailed the ...

| What's wrong with this GH? | 13 Apr 2005 19:33 GMT | 10 |
There's seems like alot amiss here. I'm definitely not an expert, but I think that's a 58 grille. The body tag looks okay, but what's up with the VIN number? Shouldn't that start with a 57 intead of a 61? Still learning....

One of my best friends is a custom painter, who also happenes to be a metal artist with a website which I designed in trade for a '55 coupe paint job. We decided it would probably be easiest to just partially dismantle the car and let him do everything while I play more with the ...

| Avanti continues to fight extradition | 13 Apr 2005 15:38 GMT | 5 |
Over several weeks I have posted some of the problems I have run into trying to get my eBay-sold '64 Avanti ready for the buyer. Friday I was set to take it to the man who is accepting it for the California buyer. Started to do a final cleanup and noticed that the left

| Stude Values etc....??? | 13 Apr 2005 05:59 GMT | 9 |
I was curious about the 63' Cruiser that was posted a few days ago. The owner was referred to NADA value guide...I also checked out the 59' Lark hardtop value a few weeks back. It's obvious to me the values are way out of proportion to the "real" market. As for instance, both
