Several month ago I got a request for a Studebaker to be used in a stage play. The Goodman theatre in Chicago send someone down to take pictures of several klunkers I had.

How can I tell by the serial no. what year an early 50's stude might be? Some wrecking yard studes have a lot of parts already stripped off of them and the serial no. is sometimes still there.

So I got the Champ out of "storage" this weekend. I changed the oil and set the tappets. The engine has less than 4500 miles on a rebuild. However when I was driving back I noticed that the oil pressure was around 60 psi. This concerned me, should it? I was thinking that the

Checked with my tranny shop re what kind of gear oil they put in my T86/OD - they showed me something in a drum that said 'api gl-2' on it, no mention of mineral, etc - how do I find out if this is what's hosing my OD?

Somehow, the two bolts that hold the brake caliper to the front of my Jeep have stripped out the holes. I found I can't tighten them up anymore. I bought new bolts, but the same problem. So, obviously the holes are stripped. Does anyone know where I can buy
