If there are any NG'ers with Travel railer/Motor Home/RV experience, please note. I have been lusting for one of the above for years. What should the novice, first-time, buyer of a used unit be on the lookout for when

| Tcab | 11 May 2005 14:11 GMT | 2 |
Well my $200 Tcab is now a rolling chasis again. I wound up using a nine inch differential out of a mid 70s Ford and the perches were even in the right place since I wanted to go to underslung instead of Overslung as are stock Tcabs. I even used the Ford sub leaf springs to

| 5 speed conversion...? | 11 May 2005 14:02 GMT | 4 |
After talking to Malcolm Berry at SB, I've been thinking about 5-speeds... just so happens that I have a new coworker who apparently has a large stash of old Ford parts but a lot of it is "just sitting in the woods." How would one identify a World Class T-5 as opposed to a

| floor mats...? | 11 May 2005 13:38 GMT | 5 |
While at SB, I was admiring the 3-tone Speedster that showed up on Friday... both that car that the one JP bought from Stan have real nice carpeted front floor mats that are actually apparently custom made for C/Ks and have and embroidered "Studebaker" script. They have a

I am new to news groups and studebakers. I just got a 59 2 door wagon. It does not have a headliner in it so I was wondering if anyone has pics or ideas to help me. It did come with the original bows and a bunch of galvanized parts.. I have never done a headliner before so I am ...

| Wheel well size | 11 May 2005 13:31 GMT | 4 |
Does anyone have a link to the device that lets you see the maximum size wheel/tire combo you can fit in the fender opening of a car? It is an adjustable jig that bolts onto the lugs, and then you can expand it, and take measurements.

| Shrock Hawk | 11 May 2005 05:18 GMT | 13 |
Anybody have any other pictures of the Shrock Hawk that was shown on Jeff's album of the South Bend Swap Meet? Is this a one time thing or are they considering making these cars/kits? From the front, I like it. Lee

| Studebaker tow car years ago. | 11 May 2005 04:29 GMT | 6 |
While drifting off subject in a search, I ran across a remark from a 2004 "Drift" issue. It's a magazine put out by a historic racing car group in Milwaukee. They were talking about a fellow named Schreble who used to race a

| Gulp (NO pic), with new question | 11 May 2005 02:03 GMT | 11 |
I've noticed the past week or so it seemed like my truck was a little squeaker than usual, but it's a 46 year old truck and I've recently fixed an exhaust leak so I didn't think that much about it. Today I was doing some tinkering, including bleeding the brakes, and I was under ...
