You know those dume wire wrapped wires that are use to open trunks,
pull on the OD controls, amd a bunxh of other tasksl? I have one that
is rust free, but stiff. I have tried thd Kroil oil, any suggestions
on what to soak the wire in to free it it up.

I was traveling some back roads today, just easing along in mt work related
activities, and stopped at a "yard Sale".
Came away with a 1953 copy of a motors manual, a 1963 copy and a copy for
1966.

Just got back from Atlantic City to find my wife VW broke down with a
coolant leak. I got the thing home to find it was leaking from the water
inlet where the upper radiator hose hooks up. Turns out the damn thing
was cracked since it was made of PLASTIC !

  Just bought a new Studebaker rod and I'm bringing it to Md. just to
torment N8. <g> Comments on what I should do with the car in the way of
improvements ? i.e. keep the Moon disks, or go with mags ? I'm not going
to paint the car, or go nuts, but want to play with it for a bit ...

The '64 Champ truck has only one speed on both settings when the switch
is pulled out.  Should I start with the switch or the wiper motor?
Also, there are no dash lights.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

has certain requirements to accept bids, in this case you had to have a

Well, after the advice from this group, I decided to go ahead and try
to remove the pan.  I have the steering disassembled, and the two LH
exhaust manifold nuts off (OK, one broke).  The manual says to remove
the crossover pipe from the RH pipe.  The muffler clamp came off
