it is a 63 R2 power shift nice looking inside and out frame flaking
and hole in hog troft. color is white with orange inside.

The rail car company I work for finally did what they should have years
ago,and bought a new diesel generator unit large enough to power up our
powerhouse  and run boilers to keep the whole yard from freezing up in the

I need the gaskets for the tail lights for my '57 Packard wagon.
The parts numbers are 6484473, -75, and -76. Sasco has just the
first one. Anyone know where I can get the others? I have already
checked Chuck Collins and SI. Thanks.

Good News=Bad News:
The Good: I qualified for a spot in the US Amateur National
Championships (Pool-Billiards), by finishing in the top 5 of the local
Qualifier held in Raleigh NC. So, I get a spot in the National

Well, I found a 62 Champ long bed 3/4 ton  pickup with a 259" and the
standard granny+3more tranny.  Wondering if anyone can comment on the
driveability of this combo when something like a 3.73:1 rear gearing is
substituted in for what I suspect is something like a 4.56 or higher.

I am in the process of installing new carpet that was purchased from
Studebaker International Inc.in my GT.  The carpet for the rear floor
board has a bound edge that faces toward the rear seat.  Does this
bound edge go underneath the rear seat or does it lay at the base of

Hello, I'm new here, although I've lurked before.
I have a '58 Provicial with 259 automatic, and the other day it ate its
timing gear.  I've torn down the front to get to the gear, and about
two thirds of the teeth are gone.  Now for my questions:
