My greatest Stude compliment...?17 Nov 2005 03:03 GMT1
I went to my sons elementary school to have lunch with him. While
there,a young man asked me if I was "the guy with the car with the motor

Bumper Guards17 Nov 2005 02:26 GMT1
I need a set of rear bumber guards for a 59-61 Lark.  Would like to have a
perfect set, but I know that ain't gonna happen, so a decent set that can be
rechromed will be fine.  Can anyone help?

Drove My Studebaker to work today!16 Nov 2005 23:49 GMT5
My little '53 Champ cruised to work.  I got to believe that many have no
idea as to what they are looking at.  But they look, and I guess that is the
most important part.
Need to get some detailed instructions from someone as to OD workings

It appears to be from the ebay system and actually links to a
wheelchair auction, but if you answer through the fake ebay message
system, they'll get your password.

Hemmings Classic Car Mag.16 Nov 2005 19:31 GMT6
It looks like Hemmings is really going for the Studebaker crowd!  This
month's issue has a nice article on the Packard Hawk and an article on the
designing of the Avanti. I got to review the Packard Hawk article before it
went to press, so it better be accurate. <G>

Speedster ??16 Nov 2005 14:22 GMT3
Well, if it's a real Speedster missing some items and detailed

GT to Sweden ??16 Nov 2005 14:15 GMT8
I love to see all the different places bidders come from. The high
bidder on my R1 GT is in Sweden, if he wins, it'll be my fifth
Studebaker to Europe. You guys worry about shipping cross country, try
California to Sweden. <g>

First SNM Visit impressions 16 Nov 2005 02:58 GMT4
I did not attend the Grand Opening, but did take advantage of the fact I
work less than five miles from the Museum Thursday afternoon.  With my
schedule, I don't see every post on the group.  So if this is repetitive of
other posts, I apologize.

Any body out there know anything about the white 1962 Hawk on e-bay
