I am needing some steering parts for my 65 commander. I am needing the
Steering post jacket (#1554584) 2 piece bracket and bearing (#1553321),
Housing (#1550902P), steering box clamp (#532885), steering clamp top
(1552341), and bottom clamp (#1552342).

 Well it was nice for January here today. In the 40s with some
sunshine.I pulled the parts Hawk out of the garage with my truck and
proceeded to remove the junk block and transmission out of the car. It
is truly a damn shame that blocked got Morked to hell.The cylinders that

Anyone got a good combination of jets and rods that they like with a
modern AFB?  I have a Weber-made 9605S which I believe is an aftermarket
600cfm unit on my '55 and it's too rich.  I was running it on the '62
and it seemed OK but the '55 is unhappy with it for some reason.  JP ...

About a month ago I noted that my alternator quit charging.  As the
electrical shop suspected, turns out I was given the wrong size rotor
during a previous rebuild.  My mechanic had an old Avanti alternator in
his parts stash, and that rotor is about 3/4 inch longer than mine;
