Having grown up in South Bend during Studebaker days RUST was the  
problem .Since about 1956 the average Studebaker from new would rust
through in three years Ut may have been the salt that was used in Indiana

Any body out there in Stude land happen to have any experience with
high temperature clear coat? I would like to spray it on my top and
bottom radiator tanks of my car. Any tips at all would be appreciated.
Brands and where to buy would help. Possibly you've done this . Also

I have two original Packard valve covers for the HFH, plus I have the
normal Valve covers that use the sticker Sky Power 352. I want to
dress up the engine. Which covers would you spend the bucks on
re-chroming? Plain ones or the Packard ones?

A few days ago I was talking to a man who was about to give a NOS center
grille section to a buyer of a beater '55 President State sedan.  I told him
I thought the grille might be worth more than the car, but I haven't seen a
NOS section for so long that I don't have any idea ...

the March 1964 issue. On page 13 it says the following:
