Having just watched it again on SPEED this evening, there are far too

I Ebay-bought a set of disc brakes to upgrade the Avanti before
Thanksgiving and here it is, 2006 and am still waiting for calipers, pads
and the rest of my order.  Got rotors and bearings, a cancelled check and
hopeful emails but no more parts.  I hope someone had a happy ending to

seriously, does this car belong to anyone on the NG?  I'd like to know

Last night I took my eight-year old daughter to a nearby Friday's
restaurant for dinner.  While talking to her, peripherally I could see
an older gentleman to my left, looking at me.  He introduced himself
and said he had seen my Studebaker National Museum sweatshirt.
