C-K (or underfloor MC) brake pedal seal question24 Jan 2006 23:24 GMT4
can anyone tell me how thick the little stop/seal rubber thing is
supposed to be on a C-K brake pedal?  My car was missing it completely
and I just used a random scrap of rubber to make a new one; it seems too
thin however as the brake pedal is still too high for my taste.  I am

Is the avanti sway bar different size than other stude bars and will
they retrofit to larks or hawks? Found a couple of used front and rear
and wanted to see what all I might use them on thanks.

Yes I know that I can get most or all of this from vendors. However, If some
of our newsgroupers have things laying around not being used want to get rid
of it make a little money and doesn't want to rape me like some of vendor
pricing can do from time to time it can be a win, ...

I was surfing eBay, and found the Stude 4 barrel manifold put up by
GoldenHawk. Nice piece.
Is that an older type manifold milled out to fit an AFB, or is it an
un-modified stock Stude part?

About what year did Studebaker quit using lead to fill the seams and
start using bondo. My wagon I'm working on was hit in the tail light
pretty hard and broke the seam on the side of the tail gate post. And
it has bondo in the seam over the weld.  I just hope I don't get in the
