When did Studebaker change from a hard line all the way back to the fuel
tank as opposed to a short length of hose?  While R&Ring the splash
shield over the master cylinder on my '55 (was trying to eliminate all
the squeaks and rattles) I found a crimp in the fuel line that I'd ...

Hello guys and gals.  I have a potential problem that someone in the
group may help me out with. My '56 Hawk has been in a shop being
restored for over 2 years (and of course can't be driven at the monent)
and we are building a house and the house will be finished in a few

Anybody know how to take a rear-view mirror from a Hawk apart for
re-plating? I can not tell how the glass is retained, & am afraid of
breaking it.

This must be a mistake, The most that there been in the past was 4500
approx.  It seem like everyone must be puting the word "Studebaker" in the
Title or Description and a FREE listing day must have went on too. <G>
