Need supercharger help01 Apr 2006 00:23 GMT3
I am getting ready to install a supercharger I purchased  about a year
ago and it is set up for an Avanti.  I need to turn the housing  for a
Hawk setup.   Now - which screws do I take out - the front ones with
the   1/2" hex heads  - or the rear ones having a flat blade screw

John -
Have you ever tried freshing up a cloth headliner (as in my 55) with
that Dupli-Color white fabric spray?

Automatic Brake Adjusters31 Mar 2006 19:50 GMT3
Now that I've put a couple of thousand miles on my 64 Cruiser since a
total mechanical rebuild, it's apparent that the automatic brake
adjusters aren't working on any of the wheels.  I meticulously
assembled them according to the shop manual, but none of them are

Does anyone know what color my wheels are supposed to be?  The car is Velvet
Black.  (51 was the first year without wheel striping IIRC).

I am in need of a pair of fronts seats for my '62 Hawk.   I am looking
for a set to re-cover with new seat covers.   I already have a new set
of '62 Hawk pattern seat covers; black vinyl with white inserts.

speede sleeve31 Mar 2006 12:54 GMT1
Anybody know the part # for the pinion seal, and the speede sleeve on a 62
Daytona with a #27 rear axle? Mine is pissing out R/A grease and I want to
pick up a speede sleeve for the yoke while I'm doing it. I think that's what
it's called, the thin stainless sleeve that "fixes" ...

T-96 sad story31 Mar 2006 02:29 GMT12
I pulled the T-96 to redo the seals and gaskets and the problems have not
stopped. The car and trans have only done 30K miles and I thought I would
freshen it up.
When I drained the oil prior to removal it was a disconcerting copper color.
Does this auction look a little odd?31 Mar 2006 01:31 GMT3
JP,
Do you smell a rat with the bidder who bumped the car by more than $6,000 in
one bid?
