Car bra21 Mar 2006 06:08 GMT2
Several years back I bought a car bra for my 54 from  a company that made
them for just about any car made.
I can't remember their  name and an internet search just turns up the usual
suspects who only make them for mass produced cars. My son wants one for his

have a different model, that's ok. If you collect other things at a

Turning Wheels for Trade?21 Mar 2006 03:21 GMT6
Don't know why, really, but I just inventoried my TW collection.  Wouldn't
mind filling some gaps, if you have extras of those I am short on.  Would be
nice to be able to work out a trade tit fer tat, but I guess I'd be willing
to cough up some cash for some of the missing ones.  If ...
Studebaker double celebration21 Mar 2006 02:09 GMT1
My 66 Cruiser has two events to celebrate in March.  The first is finding
its frist owner on March 15, 1966.  Wonder what that guy felt like a couple
of days later?  The second is its purchase by me on March 24, 1970.  It had
16,280 miles on it and I paid $600 dollars for it.  I ...

We Have Rain in Oklahoma!!  <OT>21 Mar 2006 00:35 GMT8
According to the NWS, "Some areas will see more rain over the week-end than
they have seen for the last 6 months."
It's about time!  As ready as I am for spring, I wouldn't even mind if we
got some of the snow that might develop.  Our ground needs a good soaking!
Cheap Avanti21 Mar 2006 00:14 GMT1
Just got a call from a guy that bought a barn car Avanti asking
about  interior stuff. I gave him my starndard quote "Nothing is more
exepensive than a cheap Avanti" Found out it's a R2 4 speed car with
good hog troughs but needing paint, interior and the rest. Turns out he

Bought 1962 Lark V-8 today.20 Mar 2006 15:21 GMT9
I bought a 1962 Lark V-8 today. It appears to be a reasonably solid driver, originally came from Florida and was brought to Maine as a summer car. The engine was recently rebuilt but has low oil pressure. It has a T-bow 4bbl. Supposedly the car still has the original paint, ...
