I have finally gotten around to putting a 700R4 into the Hawk and I am
having some difficulty with the starter clearance.  The instructions said to
use a Ford starter, which I tried, but when I turned the wheel the power
steering unit hit the starter and wouldn't  let the wheel ...

I seem to recall someone mentioning  the brand  and name of the gold
paint  in the center of the Speedster wheel cover.  Can you please

Frank Starr's mention of paying 7 bucks for a puller back in '63 made me
remember car prices back then. My first brand new car was a '69 VW

1) will a standard V-8 fuel pump work OK on an R1 motor?  or is the R1
fuel pump really required  for best performance?
2) If swapping a standard Lark engine for an R1 Lark engine, do the
pulleys for PS and A/C just bolt up to the damper, or are there spacers

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol's newest weapon. Don't even try to get away
from this thing. I understand from the fast bike guys in the ECTA they
will go 175 mph right out of the box. Many of these things at Maxton go
will over 200mph!
