Just need to know if the rear backing plate of a 65 can be made to work on the front of a 65 stude..? I know I would need to take the Emergency cable out... what else... if possible?? Also... on a 59- 62 lark... the rear end is a 3.73 and on the same tag are

I know these questions have been answered here but I can't find the answers. Why did Studebaker lower the displacement on the '55 Commander from 232 to 224? And why then put the 259 into all the V-8s? What was the difference in ACTUAL horsepower between Commander and President ...
