Trailer brake question and opinion sought....06 Apr 2006 12:23 GMT3
Hi all,if a person has had to gradually increase the controller setting
in the pickup( for towing a car trailer with electric brakes) to
maintain the stopping ability,and the brake shoes have just been
replaced (on said trailer)with new and adjusted close but it made NO

    I have a 3.07 TT rear from an Avanti that I'll be using in my 2DR
Lark Regal. I want to trade an Avanti Cable for a Lark cable. I'm
guessing that the cable ends that go to the parking brake lever inside
the drums are the same as the Larks that have regular drum brakes ? In

Took the '53 out for a little trip after work tonight.  First time its

For the past six months, I have had a strange engine knock in the T-Cab
that seems to be coming from the front. It sounds more like a main than
a rod but not exactly like either.

I haven't seen it,and from what I hear its about I don't think I want to,but
Ive been told theres a Studebaker Hawk in it.
Anyone know if thats true,if  the Hawks close to the start I might have a

I had a great time in Savannah even though the Meet was in Pooler, GA.  I
spent most of time on River Street sampling the beers of Savannah but I did
manage to take time and take a few pictures of the meet.  Before the buzz.

Studebaker, well I thought I had a good carb coming but it turned out to
be junk, thought I had another good carb that a friend was going to ...
