a little progress...25 Apr 2006 00:20 GMT7
I'm not much closer to dropping an engine back in my car, but I did
manage to get the steering box I got from Lee in my car today.  I don't
have the steering hooked back up because I had to clean and paint the
frame around the steering box while it was out, and also run the ...
NOS parts24 Apr 2006 21:10 GMT8
Yesterday I got a phone call from a fellow looking for a NOS orange
interior for a Avanti. When I tried to explain that those were long gone
20 years ago and that I was working on a close modern match, he insisted
that he had to have NOS. He then went on to explain how rare ...

Avanti engine install tip24 Apr 2006 14:30 GMT3

This time I decided to use my new four link engine leveling tool
assuming that I could adjust the engine nose height as we went.
'58 289 flightomatic rear engine seal24 Apr 2006 14:21 GMT9
Just acquired a '58 PH, flightomatic and the rear engine seal is really

this ugly, embarrassing spot to disclose I've been there.  I avoid
parking in anyone's driveway.

After market warning lights. Question?24 Apr 2006 02:55 GMT1

handy with mechanical work with cars, but when it comes to electrical i
