'48 Land Cruiser -- an excellent automobile20 Apr 2006 22:13 GMT11
This car belongs to member of our chapter. It is a beautiful
automobile.  It was driven to Tri-State in Asheville a couple of years
ago, some of  you may have seen it then. Runs like a top and has been
treated with the utmost care.
55 coupe shift tube20 Apr 2006 21:57 GMT6
Is there a "how to" page on the net that explains how to change a shift
tube in a 55 coupe three speed?
There is nothing in the shop manual that I can find, the operation time
guides do not list the operation.
30-Day Project20 Apr 2006 21:00 GMT9
Cute ad. A real testimony to your ambitions if you can get this looking
like the sample "done" photos in 30 days, as the seller suggests. (Step
right up, all you retirees...)

Anyone familiar with this company? Nice wheels, but real expensive.

3-Point Belts for '64 Sedan20 Apr 2006 04:55 GMT7
I would like to convert my '64 Cruiser to 3-point front seat belts.  Has
anyone done this?  Any suggestions as to the source of the belts, or
methods of anchoring the bracket on the B-pillar?

Cheap Avanti, first look20 Apr 2006 04:10 GMT32
Just got the cheap ebay Avanti in, so far mostly good news. Hog
troughs are fine, body is great, but some bad news for N8. There is a
extra bracket on the side of the engine that does not belong on a R1.<g>

column shift car?
Can you do this with an early (pre-57) steering column, or only 57-up?
