Bought it for $500. Since it has 4 (supposedly) NOS fenders and the

I was putting in new points in my '50 stude pickup and I had a
leftover part. This part is a piece of wire with two 'c' clips on
each end. I THINK that it goes INSIDE the distributer going from the
end of the points to the the hot wire coming off of the coil where it

until it's owner wanted and got a new hemi 300. From what I've been told,

After trying to have my Avanti surge tank repaired only to have it
leak, I eliminated it with a SI surge tank eliminator kit. It works
fine, but I feel I have lost the appearance of an otherwise stock
engine compartment.
