| evilBay Stude / former Midway Chapter car | 09 Jul 2006 06:44 GMT | 1 |

| Computer woes OFF TOPIC | 09 Jul 2006 05:56 GMT | 21 |
My computer suffered a near-fatal crash, but is still breathing. It can do most of the functions I need, but many files (and drivers) were either lost or corrupt enough that some programs, like FrontPage, which I use constantly, won't function.

I got a real nice email from the Swede saying thanks but no thanks on my 38. I kind of figured that and almost breathed a sigh of relief. Maybe in a couple years I might put it on the market with a realistic price, but for now I hope to start enjoying it. I searched for quite a

Anyone else have problems with the intake manifold clamps cracking when attempting to torque them to spec? I've had my intake off and on quite a bit while fitting everything, and after destroying quite a few clamps I have just stopped using a torque wrench and tightening them ...

| "Some Thoughts on Restoring a Studebaker" book | 08 Jul 2006 02:51 GMT | 3 |
I thought I'd mention that I just listed the last 20 copies of the new book on eBay, to start at 8:00EDT tonight. I'll be getting more printed, but I'll be traveling for a while for a non-profit I'm involved with, so the second printing won't be until early August.
