Recently bought a R2 Lark . Oil pan is beat to heck. Does anyone know where I can purchase another one? One odd factor about this oil pan is that connected to the dip stick line is a larger open line. Is this supposed to have a cap on top of it? Looks like a cooling line or

| Let the engine rebuild begin | 04 Sep 2006 15:54 GMT | 12 |
As soon as I can figure out how to get the block attached to the engine stand. I'm thinking that the best place to bolt to the block is in the holes where the bell housing bolts go. Is it better to attach the stand to the back or the front of the engine?

| Power Steering Pump Belt | 04 Sep 2006 02:31 GMT | 5 |
What would the next size smaller be than the Gates 7380 11A0965 belt? This is the belt off my power steering pump and it's got a little play in it and there's no more room for tightening. Anybody else feel a little nervous about those two rubber hoses underneath

| It's alive! | 03 Sep 2006 18:27 GMT | 7 |
Well, my grandma's 63 Hawk is alive! I cranked it up today for the first time in a few months. I poured a little gas in the carb, and it fired right up. I let it idle for a while, held a constant 50 lbs of oil pressure.
