I went out to start my Hwak yesterday, and for the first time ever it did not start right up. I started to trouble shoot it, I had spark, so I got the can of starting fluid (eather) sprayed it in the carb and it fired right up. so I took the fuel filter off, and turned the engine

I'm hoping you guys can help me out with this stuff. This is for a '54 Champion, although I believe most of the '53 parts are the same. I am looking for an upper radiator air deflector, I believe the part number is 303080, , and all of the parts for the hood locking mechanism.
