The 1954 Commander ran hot on I95 on the way to the FL State Meet.
About 30
minutes into the trip we stopped at a rest stop and it boiled over when
parked.
Studebaker Pickup VIN24 Oct 2006 05:10 GMT2
I was at the Fall Festival in Wilburton, Oklahoma this weekend.  There
was a car show on Saturday which included some nice Studes.  I looked
at a pickup I was told is a 1959.  The number on the plate inside the
cab is R5-111-964.  Can anyone verify that this number is for a 1959
FL State Meet24 Oct 2006 02:13 GMT10
Someone on the SDC forum typed a post about some of the cars at the
state meet in Florida being vandalized. I wasn't there, but my
grandparents were in the Avanti. Anyone have any details?
I'm glad I DIDN'T go and take my truck now!

gear oil leaks out faster than gasoline?23 Oct 2006 21:17 GMT3
Found two major leaks left to address on my '55 coupe - heater valve
(and to a lesser extent, radiator and heater core) and steering box.
The steering box I'd filled with gasoline and let sit for a week before

53-55 CK coupe seats?23 Oct 2006 18:28 GMT3
Are there any seats from newer cars that will fit the coupe? Fronts are no
problem but I need something that will fit the rear without too much
modifying. Thanks.
Hurst shifter lever23 Oct 2006 10:03 GMT5

Hurst web site) lever will fit with a bench seat, since I'm fairly tall
and have my seat all the way back.  Well, it won't but the 6900 shift
