Maybe OT?  Found, one unknown treasure in the woods05 Nov 2006 02:40 GMT4
Hey guys, did Studebaker use solid rims in the 20's/30's?  I was down in the
southern-ish end of Oregon today, hunting with a buddy of mine.  As we were
crawling around the brush, we came upon an old homestead.  In the brush
above we spied the engine cowl of an old car.  Eagerly ...

Fuel Pump block off plate04 Nov 2006 02:17 GMT3
I just installed an electric fuel pump on my Hawk. I would like to
take off the old fuel pump. Does any other make have a comparable fuel
pump? So I could get a block off plate to fit on the Studebaker engine(
1963 full flow 289).

Need 52 Starlite Coupe engine rebuilt (6 cyl) in Georgia04 Nov 2006 00:45 GMT8
A friend owns 1952 Starlite Coupe that is about 98% unrestored
original.  He would like to get the flat head six rebuilt.  Should he
take it to a good, generic engine rebuild, or find someone who knows
something about Studebakers?  Near Athens, GA.
