I am amazed that putting a roof on your house or changing an electrical
outlet requires a permit and inspection by assumed qualified persons,
when will wrenches and child conception need a permit?  Yes I have an
attitude and firmly believe that some people should be banned from tool

I own a '51 Champion (solid, but 70% unassembled as I struggle to
