Just saying hello25 Mar 2007 18:33 GMT8
Hi folks, I'm Tom,
I slid over from the alt.autos.ford group after a thread was crossposted to both
groups. I just wanted to check out the Stude side of town and say hello. Although I
like Ford products (Lincolns actually), I have an appreciation for anything

Can anyone tell me how many feet of wire will it take to make up a set
for my Avant?
Greetings from Jacksonville25 Mar 2007 00:14 GMT15
Howdy!  I'm a new member of the newsgroup but an "adolescent" in
owning Studebakers: started in 1990 and have been a Lark fan ever
since....it's what I could afford.  BTW, Nollie Hinton says hello to
John Poulos. And I like that new '64 on eBay, we gotta talk.  That's

Any one know the FLAPS part number for a Lark six cylinder PCV valve? I have
a Studebaker part number but that does me no good. I'm make my own system

New lamb in the flock, sorta OT.24 Mar 2007 15:29 GMT4
Just came in from doing a little servicing on the newest addition to my fleet, an
International B414D tractor. It's made by International in England, and has a 4 cylinder
Diesel engine, I think a Perkins, though I'm not certain. Also has an International 2000
front-end loader on it, ...
Too much oil in pan24 Mar 2007 14:13 GMT5
The question of, "what harm would to much oil in the pan do" came up
in another car forum.  One person said that it would be hard on the
oil pump, but didn't explain why.  I would like to know why.
But this sounds reasonable.  That to much oil in the pan will cause

Champ Pick Up24 Mar 2007 04:03 GMT11
Do you think my 1964 Champ with an 8 foot bed would pass off as a 3/4
ton?  Home Depot won't rent me a small tractor unless I have a 3/4 ton
truck to pull it with.  Of course I only need to drive it about 1 1/2
miles to my house from their store.  My brother in law has a 1/2 ton
Smart Company O.T.24 Mar 2007 03:18 GMT6
I raved before about Guitar Center where my kid works, and how smart
they are with their workers. They must have a dozen different commission
and incentive programs that reward every type of sales goal from gross
sales to warranty sales and maybe 6 different employee of the ...
