| SASCO not open? | 09 Aug 2007 18:09 GMT | 5 |
I have sent e-mails to dlambert@studeparts.com for parts order as their on-line form does not provide the ability to query about non- online parts. No response on any of them. Calling is out of the question, as I cannot call during office hours.

| Radio Dial Update | 09 Aug 2007 13:12 GMT | 1 |
Just a follow-up on the earlier thread: I indeed found a replacement dial, repro, seems like the last one on planet Earth. This radio (which was filthy from end to end) is now finished and ready to ship out.

| Twin Traction Trivia | 08 Aug 2007 02:15 GMT | 6 |
I seem to remember hearing that Twin Traction (as a functioning piece of machinery not just a name) was a Studebaker invention and all the Positraction, Twin Grips and everything else came from Studebakers design. Is there any truth to this?

| Car Suggestions | 07 Aug 2007 06:37 GMT | 35 |
Please no flame wars over cars or makers. Ellen has been driving a 1989 Buick Reatta, which was my mothers. It is begiining to go south and has a lousy trade in value, and a high "parts" value.

| In A Quadary.... | 06 Aug 2007 05:28 GMT | 26 |
I bought an Avanti yesterday and am not sure what to do with it.... This is a late 64, thick back bucket car, recently (mileage-wise) rebuilt R1 with a PowerShift that was rebuilt at the same time. 3.54 TT rear end with all the Avanti hardware attached...
