I'd thought about doing this for a while, but the sheer amount of parts
needed discouraged me from actually actively pursuing it.  Well I picked
up enough stuff at Reedsville that it now looks like a possibility.  I'm
thinking of maybe putting a T-85/OD in my '55 coupe in place ...

Windshields
The windshield of almost all cars and trucks are made out of two
curved sheets of glass, with a layer of tough plastic laminate between
them. The plastic laminate serves to hold the two layers of glass

After first getting my '55 several years ago, I was experiencing hard
starting like the battery was weak.  I finally eliminated the problems, the
major being less than adequate battery cables.  A couple of double ought
cables with good brass ends crimped on and the ground run ...

What was the year and model of the power steering gear you used for the C Cab.
I noticed in the pictures, that the pitman arm appeared to bend upward toward
the gear instead of downward.
