Somebody bought their CE for $100.  I got my '37 CE for $10, but had
to provide 4 wheels the farmer said.  Too dumb back then (1982-3) to
know what I was getting- I just needed a parts car for my Dr's.
Coupe.  Luckily, I was able to keep it dry and protected all these

I am talking to a fellow who wants to add Bendix power steering to his
57 Golden Hawk.  I recon the linkage stuff will fit and the pump will
bolt to the engine using later stuff, but what about the crankshaft
pulley?  Will the one used for the Saginaw pump line up with the later

Stopped by Mount Airy (Mayberry) NC yesterday afternoon and evening.

I think that the best part of TW is the old letters from the college
classmate of Buzz, cheerfully explaining what was happening in SB,
aalthough this last was not the best.
Maybe this is why I realized how good the others have been.
Torque specs for body to frame bolts02 Mar 2008 04:26 GMT3
The restoration is still moving forward and tomorrow is the day that the
body gets bolted back to the frame.  I looked in my shop manual but it
doesn't list the torque specs for the bolts and cap screws that fasten the
body to the frame.  Does anyone know?  My car is a 1956 ...

The guy who won the auction, the same guy who came and drove
the car right after his bid hit my $2500 reserve, now calls me to say he
hasn't got
