Just a few of the pictures I took at Plymouth,Mn this weekend. Lots more
cars than I expected with the fuel thingy..Rained off and on all weekend but
didn't put a damper on the Meet.

I just heard that one of my favorite automotive journalists & historians,
Beverly Rae Kimes, passed away last month at 68.
She was with Automoble Quarterly from the beginning and was known for
interesting, well researched articles on automotive subjects. She had a

I never liked comedians who use vulgar language, but when I saw this
George Carlin videoit didn't bother me. Why????
I think that in the Carlin video, the vulgar language is a subtext for

We were told that our '50 Champion had a '53 engine - something about
the '53 engine being 1" longer and obstructing the installation of a
standard fuel pump.
I finally checked the engine number, 536180 (with a #2 below it), and

Trying to help a friend establish value of very nice 63 GT Hawk for sale. It
has an R-1 engine. Any input would be helpful. Or, a website that
establishes Stude values would be great!

OK, I have a 53 coupe,I'm the second owner,been in a garage since
67.REAL SOLID.I have 3 nos front fenders,1 nos quarter and and 1 used
quarter in excellent condition.Floors and trunk in excellent cond. I

why don'they just open up these reserves?? Or is the States using all
the world oil up before they use their own??Bunch of U Tube video on
this guy's seminars. I actually took the hour or so to watch all 8

There is a complete 51 chassis on ebay right now...I have a 50 in the
shop that is going to be ground up restored.  Anyone know if the two
chassis will interchange without major "adapting"?

Any guidance is appreciated on this one.
My ’50 Studebaker Champion came with inactive 1963 (with ’64 reg
stickers) California black plates. The Champ is a ’50 (9G), but was
sold in ’51 and is registered as a ’51 with the DMV.
