It's with great sadness that I share the Herb Ertel has passed away
yesterday.  I don’t know how old he was, I can only tell you about the

I know a lot of people have had good results using the 600 CFM Edelbrock carb on
normally-aspirated 289s, although a 500 CFM is plenty adequate, and that's what I run in
my GT, and I'm happy with it.

I have a 4 barrel manifold that I removed the choke tubes

hooking an electric fuel pump up in line with the mechanical pump.  My
