what does the fusible link in a 91 subaru legacy wagon do? it is drawing on the battery causing the battery to run down everynight uhnless i disconnect this fuse and reconnect it before driving every day...

With gas prices skyrocketing, is there harm in using regular or medium grade (89octane) gas in an STI for trips where you are careful to stay off the turbo (much)? Philip

Just a question out of curiosity. Could rain possibly act in the same way that the IC Water spray nozzle does, or would you have to reach relatively high speeds for this to happen. On a more general note, is the STi's engine performance any better when it rains?

Traded in my 2004WRX and got a 2005 STI.It's so much more powerful and handles so much betyter than the WRX. However, I find the ride somewhat hard and am thinikng of changing the tyres and I wonder it this will soften the ride somewhat. If anyone out there has this experience plse. ...
