I have a 1997 doutback sports (2.2l engine) which has rarely given me any trouble. But last week on a long, long drive from Winnipeg to Toronto I noticed that it started loosing power (speed) quite dramatically when driving up steep hills. After a bit of analytical

| Intake Air Dam | 13 Sep 2004 01:30 GMT | 2 |
As I was looking under the hood of my '04 2.5 naturally asperated Outback I noticed an interesting feature. On the underside of the hood there is an air dam that, when the hood is closed, appears to block a significant portion of the intake. It is only a cheap plastic piece.

| Got a ticket | 12 Sep 2004 01:15 GMT | 49 |

| WRX intercooler hoses wont stay on! | 11 Sep 2004 15:53 GMT | 4 |
Does anyone else have a problem with Samco hoses "slipping" off of the turbo outlet? This is very irritating when you have to pull over in the rain and reposition a stupid clamp every other day.

| Improvements year-to-year of the WRX | 11 Sep 2004 03:40 GMT | 14 |
is there any big improvements each year with the WRX? I'm looking at getting a used one and I don't want to miss out. It looks like they are basically the same. Same power, couple body modifications. I actually like the bug eye headlights on the older ones. Is there anything ...

| '03 Baja Cruise Control | 10 Sep 2004 20:32 GMT | 1 |
If I'm going down the road on cruise control at say 65 miles per hour, then slow down using the cruise control stalk to say 60, the car runs kind of rough as if the brakes are being applied on and off. This is especially true when I am on a downgrade. Anybody else experience
