my 98 forester is leaking small amounts of oil thru the drain plug. admittedly i didn't change the washer when i did an oil change. how tight do u tighten the plug? have any of you had similar problems?

I was wondering if it is easy/doable to swap the headlights/grill from a later model (97-00) impreza into an early model (1994) impreza. Is this possible to do without changing the hood or the side fender panels. thanks, alex

Has Subaru corrected the head gasket problem and how did they correct the problem on the new subarus. How many miles do people have on the 2.5 engine. Any one with more than 150000 miles?

I have good gas mileage low oil consuption. But I hear a tapping sound from the engine. The car accelerates fine no funny smells from vehicle or smoke from exhaust. What is the tap tap tap sound I hear. Should I ignore it?

the passenger side windshield washer nozzle on my '02 legacy wagon has been "reamed out" by some bonehead (don't look at me, i bought the car used). it sprays buckets of washer fluid, especially compared to the driver's side nozzle.
