There are lots of great statistics at the Government CAFE web site.
Lots of compiled data on cars going back to 1977 (and some even
older.)  One interesting trend tracked is the percentage of

Had my new MY05 Libery wagon for few weeks now. Done about 1000Km's.
Still in the breaking in period, so not pushing it hard.

I have A 1999 Forester with 100K miles and it has a light valve clatter
(seems to have always had some, esp when cold) that has gotten a little more

I am contemplating buying a 2005 Forester LL Bean edition but know nothing
about Subaru other than they are AWD.  Can anyone out there give me some
advice or tell me of their experience with either a Forester or Subaru in
general? I know that MSN cites engine and pollution ...
